Smart-FM is a cloud & app product whose features include
- Workspace Management & Hotdesking
Optimize Workspace usage by tracking the availability of both permanent as well as temporary (Hotdesk) seating for Work from Home employees. Hotdesks can be booked in real-time directly by employees and Workspaces can be auto-allocated by Type or Department, with interactive Dashboards.

- Request (Helpdesk) Management
Manage Maintenance and other Requests with a Helpdesk solution connecting end users, FM Teams and Vendors. It has a configurable workflow to manage Routing of requests, Cost Approval based on agreed Rates, time to Closure and Escalation rules according to SLAs.

- Asset Management
Track Assets information in each location, with QR code tagging and alerts for end of warrenty and lifecycle. Asset QR tags can be used for checklist based maintenance as well as for Asset Reconciliation.

- Vendor Management
Manage Vendor AMCs across locations with their Maintenance Schedule and alerts with upload of maintenance reports. The lifecycle of Vendor Invoices can also be tracked from entry, through the approval stages & payment, with alerts for missed invoices.

- Branch Checklist
Audit the health of all locations on a regular basis with a standard checklist across all categories, with performance analysis.

- Lease Management
Track the leases of all locations including the property details, Owners, calculate the rent Payments, rent Escalations, Cost Center allocations and tax calculations.
